Stowe Mountain Bike Academy Job Opportunities
Become a Coach at Stowe Mountain Bike Academy
Stowe Mountain Bike Academy is currently seeking coaches to support our growing youth and adult programs. We’re looking for people who are passionate about riding, enjoy working with others, and are excited to help riders build skills and confidence on the trail.
You don’t need to be an expert rider to be a great coach. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, create a positive learning environment, and help riders build confidence and skills on the trail. If you enjoy riding bikes, spending time outdoors, and helping others improve, you could be a great fit for our coaching team.
At Stowe Mountain Bike Academy, we believe in developing our coaches just as much as our riders. New coaches typically begin alongside experienced coaches, learning the flow of practices and building coaching skills in a supportive environment. We provide extensive preseason training and ongoing mentorship so coaches grow in their ability to teach skills, lead groups, and prioritize rider safety.
Our goal is to create a positive and fun environment where riders of all ages can build confidence and love the sport—while coaches develop their own leadership, teaching, and riding skills along the way.
Coaching with Stowe Mountain Bike Academy is a great way to spend time on the trails, contribute to a vibrant riding community, and be part of a supportive and enthusiastic coaching team.
If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, we encourage you to apply and join us for the upcoming season.
